Hi there! I'm Rachel and I’m a designer with a focus on motion graphics and brand identity design. I have been passionate about art throughout my life, attending a gifted and talented specialist art program in high school which gave me a solid foundation in design principles. I love challenging myself by pushing my designs to the best they can be, and trying out new techniques and approaches. I was recently awarded the PADC 2017 Student Skull award for Brand Identity and Design, and my goal is to work in advertising and marketing as a graphic/ motion designer. My most comfortable tools are Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign. I also have working knowledge of 3D programs such as Cinema 4D and Maya.
I created the brand identity, and logo for an upcoming fitness app, which received an award from the PADC Student Skulls competition.
A hypothetical opening sequence for the second season of the Netflix TV series Stranger Things. I used 2D and 3D animation, as well as digital compositing and colour grading to create this piece.
